The Process
Meet Agent K | How Agent K Missions Work
Mission Phase 1: The Briefing (Consultation) Text, call, or email us. Describe the symptoms. “My computer is slow”, “I need a gaming PC” or “My WiFi doesn’t work downstairs”. We will provide a preliminary diagnosis and a no-pressure, straight forward quote estimate.
Mission Phase 2: The Operation (Service) If you need computer or electronics repairs, we can either pick up your equipment or perform onsite service. If you need a custom build, we can serve as your personal shopper, retrieving all the parts from local brick and mortar stores, eliminating the need to wait on shipping delays. We perform the service, making sure to clean cables, remove dust as we work, with surgical precision.
Mission Phase 3: Debriefing (Education) This is where we part ways from others. We do not just give you the equipment and walk away. We will explain what was wrong, how we fixed it and how to avoid it in the future. You will leave every encounter more knowledgeable than before.
