I’ve been working in Information Technology and Consumer Electronics since 2015. For over a decade, I’ve been on the front lines of tech support working as a Lead Technician for a national electronics retailer. In that time, I learned how easily clients can be oversold on hardware that’s incompatible or just “overkill” and under-serviced once it goes wrong.

Agent K is my opportunity to make a change and provide you with a better alternative.
